If you're not sure when to sign up, where to go, or which plan to pick, you're not alone. Our Medicare experts walk you through exactly what you need to do, at no cost to you.
Meet your Medicare advisor, a quick hello before we ever talk plans.
We compare plans from every major carrier, so the advice is yours, not theirs
Your enrollment window opens 3 months before your 65th birthday and closes 3 months after. Miss it, and Medicare adds a permanent late-enrollment penalty to your monthly premium.
Is it Social Security? Medicare.gov? Do you call someone? The right answer depends on your situation, and plenty of people find out too late that they went to the wrong place.
Part A. Part B. Advantage plans. Supplement plans. Drug plans. Nobody sends you a plain-English breakdown of what each one means for your doctors, your prescriptions, and your budget.
This is the part most people don't find out until it's too late.
If you miss your Initial Enrollment Period, Medicare adds a late-enrollment penalty to your Part B premium. It's not a one-time fee. It gets added to your monthly premium for as long as you have Medicare. For many people, that adds up to hundreds of dollars a year, just because the deadline snuck up on them.
And if you pick a plan that doesn't cover your doctors or your medications, you're stuck with it until the next Annual Enrollment Period. That can mean months of overpaying for coverage that doesn't fit.
This is exactly why independent guidance matters.
Our 4E process was built for people exactly like you: turning 65, overwhelmed by the options, and wanting a straight answer from someone who knows what they're talking about.
We ask about your doctors, your prescriptions, and whether you're still working. No assumptions, no guesswork.
We walk you through your actual options in plain English. Not a stack of brochures, just a real conversation about what fits your life.
We tell you what we'd recommend, and why. You'll know exactly what to expect before you sign anything.
We handle the paperwork. Same-day enrollment in most cases. You leave knowing it's done correctly.
We're paid by the insurance companies, not by you. The plan costs exactly the same whether you call us or go direct. The difference is you won't have to navigate it alone.
Mike was more than helpful during the process of choosing my Medicare plan. I'd spoken with others who were not nearly as well informed, and I'm so grateful for how he took the time to speak with me. Mike is truly a professional and will make it easy to understand and help every step of the way.
AMAZING is the best way to describe my experience! They walked me through the whole process and helped me make the best decision for my coverage. Simple, clear and personal. No pressure or hype. I'm so pleased a friend recommended them. Check them out, you won't be disappointed!
I recently retired and was overwhelmed by the avalanche of information about moving to Medicare. After a one-hour consultation, all my questions were answered. Beth reviewed my physicians, prescriptions, and health concerns and guided me to the best plan for my needs, all free of charge. Thank you so much!
Trying to decipher Medicare options on my own was very confusing. I had a telephone appointment with Mike and he explained it so well, taking all the madness out of the decision. By the end of the call, I was enrolled in a plan tailored to my needs and cost effective, plus a team of reliable people available to help in the future.
We came to medicare4e after receiving several letters in the mail that showed us they are very knowledgeable on the subject of Medicare. Beth made the process of enrollment very easy. We compared options and got the best plan for our situation. A very enjoyable experience. I highly recommend them.
